Dr. Dutkowski's staff will complete, submit, and follow up your dental insurance claims. Payment of the balance due after insurance can usually be deferred, provided written authorization is given to bill the unpaid balance to a valid credit card.
Dr. Dutkowski strives to maintain flexible financing options for those who qualify. Long-term financing can be facilitated through Care Credit and Chase's health financing programs.
A 5% courtesy if usually given for up-front payment-in-full by check or cash of a proposed treatment plan of over $1500.
